It seems that the Hard disk fitted in the V-MP3H has not been formatted. You can format it FAT32 via USB (note that for HD with capacities greater than 30GB, it won’t be possible to format under Windows 2000 or XP. All units we provide are pre-formatted in order to prevent this problem.
