The delivery confirmation number you received via email gets updated when your package has reached your local distribution facility or when your package gets delivered. The status of the tracking/delivery confirmation number will not get updated until the package has been delivered or it has been scanned at the distribution facility. Sometimes the delivery confirmation might not get updated at all. Please do not blame us for this, it is the USPS service that is supposed to scan the barcode on our stamp. If they did not scan your particular package, please give them a call and let them know. If you have any questions, please call USPS at 1.800.275.8777.
