sers can activate using a Customer Number and Password, supporting Volume Licensing. Will GCS delete appointments for me automatically? Global Calendar Sharing supports automatic deletion of appointments between a Personal Folder calendar and a Public Folder calendar. To utilize this feature you only have to put [DEL] as the first 5 characters of the Body of the appointment.
