The deadliest catch tv show – is it getting old or still exciting?
I’ve watched part of the show from time to time but never a whole episode. It can be really interesting and exciting for a little while but then gets a little boring. Not as bad as televised fly fishing, but still not the same as being there. I find that to be true of all reality television, except possibly for home improvement shows where guys are actually building something. On those I feel like I’m actually there. So I can’t say I’ve ever been completely riveted by Deadliest Catch. It has always felt a little over-dramatized to me. But it doesn’t get completely old if you don’t consider it appointment television.
