A. Please check the band width of the instrument. If it is 550+/- 20 you will still be in the wavelength range where you can estimate the amount of sample. In this case you should be fine as the equipments can measure at 550+20. In some other cases if you have to measure at 585 nm and the data sheet suggest 570 nm, you may be able to capture only 70-80% of the signal.
