The data I type in the ePhoneBook fields does not update immediately after I save it. Why?
Depending on how busy the server is, it can either be immediate or, it can take about 5 minutes for the server to re-index all of the changes you make to an entry. Please check again five minutes after your last change. If you are requesting your change via the “Request Phone Extension Changes for People in My Department” form, your changes should be reflected on ePhonebook within 3 days of your form submittal.
