The data access application says that I need to include a signed copy of the data access agreement created in the previous steps. How do I sign it?
Go to step 6 of the Data Access Request application. Checking the boxes beside these statements: [ ] I have checked PDF applications and certify that the submitted information is valid. [ ]I agree to all governing principles, policies and terms of access as articulated in the Data Use Certification(s) that accompany my full application. which are located above the “Submit Application To Signing Official” button, constitute an electronic signature for your application.
