Answer The HT86 series utilises a voltage output type of DAC. It generates a better sound quality than the more common current output type of DAC. AUD1 can connect directly to the HT82V733 amplifier to drive a speaker. If it is required to drive a speaker using a single transistor, connect AUD0 and add the bias resistor.
