First, check that the right source is selected, that signal is coming out of the source, that the volume level is high enough and that all cables are properly connected. If the problem persists, please switch off the unit, unplug the power cable and disconnect all sources. Then reinsert the power cable, switch on the unit and reconnect the source cables.
