The cycle has closed and I havent seen my eStatement in SALTS. What do I do?
Each Citibank monthly cycle closes on the 19th of the month (or the last business day before the 19th if it lands on a weekend). It takes Citibank one to two business days to process the files. If you havent received your new eStatement in your SALTS Purchase Card mailbox by then, contact your TYCOM representative, the DON Purchase Card Fleet Liaison at 717-605-3107, your local SALTS representative or SALTS Central at 215-697-1112 or DSN 442-1112.
