The Create SPC Chart icon is not visible on the toolbar; however, the Create SPC Chart option is available on the Tools menu. What should I do?
Ensure that Excels Standard toolbar is turned on. In Excel, select Customize from the Tools menu. In the Toolbars tab, Standard should be checked. If this is not the problem, the Reset button on the Toolbar tab has been selected and the icons will not be shown. The icons should reappear when Excel is reopened.
