The cover page and table of contents are not required?

(b) The cover page and table of contents must be included in the 40-page technical scope? If it’s (b), do the cover page and table of contents have to appear on separate ages? Thanks for the clarification. A: First of all, the more recent responses on the IIPS site and Modification #2 of the FOA supercede the older ones. We don’t ask for a cover page since it is already taken care of by virtue of the SF424 R&R form. As for whether the Table of Contents is required, we would like you to use this one page allowance to build the best proposal you can. If you think you can afford to spare one page for the Table of Contents vs. providing more technical details on your proposed work, that’s a decision you need to make.

What is your question?

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
