RICHARD NILSEN, having been previously duly sworn or affirmed, resumed the witness stand and testified as follows: DIRECT EXAMINATION (cont’d.) BY MR. GILLEN: Q. Good morning, Dr. Nilsen. A. Good morning. Q. Good to see you this morning. I’d say it’s a pleasure, but I don’t want the Judge to call me a liar again. THE COURT: It is Friday, Mr. Gillen. MR. GILLEN: I know. BY MR. GILLEN: Q.
