The first phase of technical assistance will be the distribution of a PROS Handbook, which will contain more detailed information and guidance about developing and implementing a PROS program. OMH plans to distribute the initial, most critical sections of the Handbook along with, or shortly after, the PROS PAR application is released. OMH is also fleshing out an overall technical assistance plan for PROS, and will make this information available as soon as possible.
