Q12:The 860 Purchase Order Change will be sent on Replenishment Orders. Based on the timing of our overnight batch receipt of the 860 document, the Replenishment Order could be packed and awaiting shipment by the time the 860 is processed. What is JCPenney’s expectation from a vendor on being able to respond? How will JCPenney alert the supplier if all orders for a Sub, store, or ship date were created in error?
