The correspondence date and description currently indicates either the date you view or print a letter. Why isn t it only the date the letter was actually printed?

Note that when the user views the letter they can print it from the view using the print tool on the tool bar. The program has no way of knowing whether the user has printed the letter or not from the view screen.
