If you are copying an encrypted DVD, 1Click will warn you if the files are encrypted. It’s possible on some hardware that 1Click cannot ‘authenticate’ the DVD to determine if the DVD is encrypted (when in fact it is). Since 1Click cannot deal with encrypted data, in these rare cases it could create a large VOB file in your temp folder. This is a bug and we are working to resolve it. To resolve the problem, either play the movie first with a software DVD player like WinDVD or PowerDVD, then use 1Click to copy the movie. If the DVD is encrypted, you’ll need to install a decrypter like DVD43 before using 1Click DVD Copy.
