The Water Authority will place a destilling basin (Baker Tank) south of the blowoff near station 4227+00. This basin adjacent to the blowoff will be the Contractor’s point of discharge. 2009-01-29 In the contract documents for contract no. 601, the specifications describe environmental fencing and flagging, and reference the plans for location. Where does this occur & what are the details for the fence? The perimeter of the allowable work area shall be fenced, and its placement will be supervised by the environmental monitor (Dudek). Construction/snow fencing, and silt fencing, shall be used.
