The conference web site say that 'Final Papers must be received by…….' What are these Final Papers, how do I send them, and where to?
The Final Papers are the publication files that PROSE will request when the review process is complete. They are uploaded onto PROSE. The Final Paper (contained in the publication files) must be absolutely perfect and exactly as it is to appear in the proceedings. It must not contain comments to the Track/Session chairs, or a response to the reviewers comment. Please see the other FAQs in this section below.
