The collection time for results in Vista is an hour off. Whats wrong?
• Check the MAILMAN SITE PARAMETERS file. The TIME ZONE field must be manually changed each Spring and Fall from Standard to Daylight and Daylight to Standard time. • The auto-verify listing does not verify all accessions. For some accessions it displays a message “This data appears to belong to someone else.” How do I fix this? • There are three ways to resolve this problem. • Auto-verify both critical and non-critical results. • Manually verify critical results the same day (assuming a daily accession transform). • Clear the instrument work list before uploading the first time each day. • How do I set up and enable auto-verify? • Look on the distribution disk in the “AutoVrfy” folder.
