The CO2-value shows a dramatic overshoot above the setpoint value and/or an unstable control of CO2 occurs. How can this be stabilized?
Too much CO2 is getting into the controller. This could have two reasons: 1. The CO2-reduction valve is opened too far Turn it carefully to higher values to close the valve a little more. If the valve is closed too much the setpoint value is not reached (see previous FAQ).The best setting of the CO2-reduction valve is found when the LED at the button “valve” lights up green approx. 60-70% of the cycle time (LED red/green = magnetic valve closed/open, respectively) during the control of the setpoint CO2-value and the display shows a stable CO2-concentration. 2. The CO2-input pressure is well above 1 bar/ 14.5 psi. Decrease the pressure to the given value.
