CMT software is supplied with its own unique Hardware key that activates and enables the software and hardware to work. If the Hardware key is incorrect the software will not work. The Hardware key is supplied to each user with their copy of software. If you cannot find your Hardware key then contact V-Tech UK with your CMT serial number at hand so we can issue you one.
