The clutch Pedal on my 1995 Dodge Stealth is stuck, and the car won start?

I tried to start my 95 Dodge Stealth R/T, & the clutch pedal went down and wouldn’t come up. There is a leak of some kind under the engine, maybe transmission fluid, but I’m not sure. I store it every winter, so it hadn’t run since November. It was fine then. I can’t drive it to the shop. What should an auto mechanical novice like me do. A: you may either need a slave cylinder on it or the main master cylinder has went out for the clutch ,that will happen when the been stored and not used, its hard on them, that’s more than likely where the fluid came from that your seeing,to get the clutch back you may have to replace both parts the starting problem is probably something simple, but the safety switch that mounts on the clutch pedal arm can affect it starting,so you,ll have to check that also, good luck with it.
