No, only NJDOE program officers can add new menu choices into the system. However, if you require a certification category that is not listed, send an email to PARS21@DOE.STATE.NJ.US. In your email, identify your grant program (ESFL or 21stCCLC), the name of the grantee, your name and position, the certification you would like to see added, and a rationale for the addition.
