The chap on the video- how many grafts did he receive- did he get any shockloss-?
The videoed patient received 1000 grafts. He only wanted the small bald temples filling in, ie, he didn’t want to advance his hairline nor remove the “receding” lok completely. Neither was he looking for the highest density possible as he wanted an improvement, rather than a dramatic change. As we only really performed the surgery in the bald temples, he had no discernable shock loss.
