Probably you have speakers placed too close to microphone. Try to increase this distance and/or to change their orientation. In Recording control, lower the volume slider to somewhere in the middle (about 50%). Anyway, using headphones is highly recommended for a better voice output. If the echo still persists, open the Volume Control > click Advanced under Microphone > uncheck the box “1+20dB Gain” or “Mic Boost”.
