The CCS PMM introduces a lot of new documents/processes. Do you know what kind of additional overhead (resource time) will be needed to implement these?
Initially, there will be additional time needed during the Initiation and Planning phases of projects, as Project Managers get used to the CCS PMM. However, it is expected that the time required will decrease to normal levels as Project Managers get used to using the templates. More importantly, we expect to see results in terms of the “on time, on budget and meeting customer expectations” goals for project delivery .
