The case and crystal on my watch are in rough shape. What can be done to make it look better?
A lot of older watches have good quality cases that are stainless steel, 14k gold, or gold filled. These cases will usually clean up quite well. As far as the crystal goes. Some scratches can be polished out. If the crystals are too severely scratched, we can install a new crystal. We have a huge supply of old crystals that we are able to fit to the old watch cases.
