Ans.: If the card is not clamped firmly with the help of metal-clamp, it can become loose if the connector is pulled or pushed from outside. This can lead to such a problem. The video connectors and printer cable must also be screwed-on properly to prevent them from falling off. Call the service engineer if the problem persists.
