Since both cards take affect before combat is resolved, both effects will take place. The attacker will be popped and flipped; since the Anti-Matter Grenade says “popped all combatants (no Save),” the Character will be popped before they could be flipped. If Kofi is not the Kergillian being attacked, then is not a combatant; she would not be affected by an Anti-Matter Grenade.
