Make sure that the link speed of the network is running at full gigabit speeds. We have seen in the past where energy savers or faulty cabling will reduce the speed of the network to 100BASE-T rather than gigabit speeds. Another item to make sure about is that a previous user did not set the camera to a slow frame-rate or timelapse mode, as the camera will default to the last used mode when rebooting.
