The Call lists quite a few different application due dates. What are they?
Mini-grant proposals are due in October and February. Please see the last page of the Call for Proposals for campus deadlines for major grants. All other grants are awarded on an annual basis, usually announced in June. The Program Office sets a systemwide deadline in mid-February. Each campus then sets its campus deadline based on the turn-around time needed to process the applications for that campus. Some campuses have 2 campus deadlines. The first one is for a preliminary submission for campus review. On some campuses, only a pre-proposal (short version) is required for this stage. The second deadline is for the submission of the complete package to the campus Administrative Offices to be forwarded to the Office of the President by the systemwide deadline. Please check with your campus for further information about those campus specific deadlines and procedures.
