A19.Please check firewall settings on router or change gateway default codec order. If there is something wrong with the settings on firewall of router, then router may discard the data packets that send or receipt by equipment; if settings are all right, please enable the STUN Server, Main menu->system settings->general settings->STUN Server and then try again.
