The “Bulge” deformer makes parts of my object go in different directions and makes it look very bad. Whats wrong?
• The bulge deformer moved each vertex in the direction of it’s surface normal. • If the object is not very smooth and has lots of surface detail, then these vertex normals can be pointing in many different directions, resulting in a very messy deformation. • You should selectively select and bulge portions of the object instead of trying to everything at once. • You may also consider using the Scale deformer instead, depending on the situation.
