The building on Moore that is closest to the Wildhorse homes appears to be closer than before. How will those views be impacted?
The design team is working on a new site design that is not yet shown on the web site with a 2 story building facing Moore Blvd. The city zoning laws require a 10 foot set back on the side yard, the new site design will have an 80 foot set back form the single family homes property line. Views from the adjacent residence will be affected, but the effect will be less than a 2 story single family home, which would only have only a ten-foot set back from the project property line. As you may recall, the previous plan called for a large clubhouse and pool to be located in that spot. Given the potential noise that could be generated from such a gathering place, we feel its elimination is a definite enhancement for Wildhorse residents.
