The brush on my Beam Rugmaster Plus power head will not spin, what should I do?
• Your Rugmaster Plus should have a little window on the side of it where you can view the belt. The belt is black with silver dots on it. While the Powerhead is on, step onto the Powerhead. If the belt slows down or stops, you need to replace the belt. You can either purchase a belt to replace it yourself, or bring it in for our technician to replace for you. • In some cases, it has nothing to do with the belt. Be sure that your Powerhead has power. If you don’t hear the motor or see the light bulb, make sure your hose is plugged into the inlet as well as the cord into the electrical outlet. If the Powerhead still doesn’t turn on properly, it could be the switch in your hose handle.
