First make sure you have properly installed (selected the correct browsers during the installation) the latest version of the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack or QuickTime Alternative and/or Real Alternative. If it still doesn’t work, then copy the contents of the following directories (folders) (which can be found in the directory where the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack or QuickTime Alternative and/or Real Alternative is/are installed): QuickTime\Browser\Plugins\ and RealMedia\Browser\Plugins\ to the Plugins directory of Mozilla and/or Firefox. Also copy the contents of QuickTime\Browser\Components\ and RealMedia\Browser\Components\ to the Components directory of Mozilla and/or Firefox.
