A – Actually, it is conservative beyond belief. The BPL provides paid BPL Members with one FREE coupon per month throughout the year. Notice that BPL coupons are available to over 100 million households – not for a one day only as in the newspaper, but for a FULL 30 DAYS on the BPL website. Newspapers with circulation in excess of 80,000 charge approximately $150 to 200+ for a one day entry and some internet coupon servers may charge as much as $10 per zip code.
