The book I want is available in AudioPlus but not WMA Downloadable. Can I request that it be converted?

Unfortunately, some of our older AudioPlus titles, themselves converted from older analog tape masters, are not suitable for the WMA Downloadable format. The most popular of these titles are being targeted for new, higher-quality digital recordings.
