The book I am reading gets to the middle of chapter 4 and says “Book Error” or “Audio not available.” What does that mean?
This is an error in the book itself, not in the individual cartridge. Place the book cartridge in a container with a rubber band around it and return it to the library. Librarians: If it is a book produced by NLS, report the book number and any information about where the error occurred to NLS Quality Assurance Section.
