The bit isn cutting straight. Why?
The accessories used with this guide are very aggressive. They are also spinning at 35,000 rpm. The cut of the accessory will be rough and the cut could be difficult to control, depending on the material. Remember, with the tool spinning at 35,000 rpm, the greatest success will be found if you simply let the speed of the tool do the work and guide the tool. Be aware of the fact that wood will have grain and the grain can interfere with the cut. Both tile and drywall are tough materials, so there will be resistance to the cut. Before working on any work piece, try your application on scrap. Practice cutting a straight line with the same material. Don’t expect it to be perfect without taking the time to get comfortable with the application and the material. The tool and accessory alone do not perform the work, your guiding hands will direct the tool.
