The biggest concern I have is the Force Majure clause in the Terms and Conditions… If you do not recieve 1000 applicants will the ride be cancelled???

A. The section called Force Majure is all about C.Y.A. and our attorneys insisted on it. The section is fairly specific in its reference to matters that are completely beyond our control (fire, earthquake, epidemic diseases, etc.). Since we actually do have control over the number of applications we receive (by the amount of effort we put in to promotion), we don’t have the option to cancel because we don’t receive a certain number of applications.
