The firm accepts a few High Confict Divorce cases each year. These cases are time-consuming. If we believe we will not have the time to handle a new High Confict Divorce case and keep our commitments to other clients, we will not accept the new case, but will refer the prospective client to another attorney. The cases are also expensive, and we are unlikely to take on a High Confict Divorce case if the prospective client cannot afford to pay the costs and fees. If the firm accepts a case and the prospective client is unable to pay costs and fees, our firm will have to withdraw from the case.
