The auto-adjust function only corrects the first slide of a batch scan with my film scanner. What is wrong?
The ‘automatic when ADF’ box must be ticked in the “options” dialog window. The “automatic when ADF” checkbox means that when scanning multiple slides the “auto-correction” function will be carried out on every single scan of a given batch. On the other hand, the “auto-adjust” indication that comes up at the first scan of a batch, is automatically adjusting the light-exposure intensity. This is something that needs to be done once when the Nikon scanner “gets into gear” SilverFast has nothing to do with the “auto-adjusment”.
