heartradio experience is only as good as your cellular or Wi-Fi network connection. When on a cellular connection, your BlackBerry may have issues while in motion as it attempts to maintain a connection to a network. Simultaneous network connections in other applications such as the Web Browser or Facebook can also degrade the performance of iheartradio. Please try closing all other applications that require a network connection and try again. If audio stops while listening, simply click Play to resume listening.
