The audio during video sequences is too quiet. Can the volume be adjusted?

Many of the decoder cards feed audio back to the sound card via an input to the “Line In” jack. Bring up the windows volume control (usually double-click the speaker in the lower right part of the task bar) and adjust the “Line In” volume level. See next question for more on volume levels.
