A. Some times, because of the extreme heat of some cargo areas in airplanes or trucks during transportation, the applicator may leak a little, or show some wetness (like sweat) because of condensation. Just wipe it dry and place it back in the container and in the freezer. If the leak is large, or the applicator appears damaged, please call our number 1-(954) 893 9059 to get a replacement. The coolant inside the applicator is completely harmless to the skin.
