The application wont let me add a client to my unit because he has the same initials, date-of-birth, and gender as a different person that has already been added. What do I do?
This can happen in unusual circumstances. If it does, please use QQ as the initials for the second person. It is extremely-unlikely to occur for more than two persons, but if it does, please use XX, YY, and finally ZZ for the initials of the third, fourth and fifth persons where identifiers match exactly.
