Usually this message may appear on some latest phone models, for example Nokia N97. Please choose to Continue installation and all should be fine. If you still have a problem, please provide the detailed description of this situation to our customer support. Please include into your Email the software Name and Version including a build number, phone model name, phone firmware version, first 9 and last 2 digits of phone IMEI number.
