The AnswersTV video player is not displaying correctly or is displaying the wrong video. How can I fix this?
Your web browser may be displaying cached information. To clear your browser cache, perform the following steps: Microsoft Internet Explorer Using Internet Explorer: • Go to a different website such as google.com. • Click on Tools -> Internet Options -> General • Click the Delete Files button, select the “Delete all Offline files” option and then click OK • Once the process completes, click OK to close the Options dialog • Close all open Internet Explorer browser windows. Firefox • Go to a different website such as google.com. • Choose Options from the Tools menu • Click the Privacy icon, select the Cache tab, and click Clear Cache Now. • Click on the History tab, and select Clear Browsing History Now. • Click OK to close the Options dialog • Close all open Firefox windows.
